BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIES


These are the cookies that Friend Carol served to the farkle group along with the Crock Pot Fried Apples. OMG! They were so good. The combination of the butterscotch chips and the cinnamon chips were awesome! You just have to make these the next time you decide to make some cookies. Your kids/grandkids will give you a BIG hug for sure!

BUTTERSCOTCH PECAN COOKIES

1       Butter Pecan cake mix
1/2    cup oil
2       eggs
3/4    cup butterscotch chips
1/3    cup cinnamon chips
1/2    cup chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper.

Combine dry cake mix, oil, and eggs in a bowl; mix well.

Stir in chips and nuts.

Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto cookie sheets and flatten.

Bake for 10 minutes. Cool on cookie sheet for 1 minute before removing to cool completely on wire rack.
