2 eggs
1-1/4 cups milk
5 tablespoons oil
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons stevia or sugar
Mix eggs with milk and oil until light and fluffy.
Sift dry ingredients together and fold into milk mixture, just until mixed.
Bake in hot waffle iron.
Serve with fresh fruit and cream, syrup, powdered sugar or butter and jam.
WHOLE WHEAT BELGIUM WAFFLES
