BACON CRISPE


You can't go wrong with bacon! Right?  Friend Jane made these Bacon Crispe and I have to say, "You can't eat just one!"



BACON CRISPE

1/2     cup freshly grated Parmesan Cheese
1        lb. bacon
1        sleeve Club Crackers

Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.

Place 1 teaspoon cheese on each cracker.

Cut strips of bacon in half with a sharp knife.

Wrap each "cheese cracker" with a "strip" of bacon. (No toothpick is needed.)

Place wrapped cracker on broiler rack on baking pan. (Wire rack would also work.)

Bake for 2 hours or until bacon is done.  Do not turn over.

Drain on paper towel.


DELICIOUS! Not one was left.
