WHITE PARTY MIX

Friend Bev made this party mix and shared it at a gathering of friends to play bridge recently. It was so good and addictive that some people had a hard time playing bridge for reaching into the bowl and getting another handful.  Needless to say, the bowl was empty by the end of the evening.

Thanks, Bev, for sharing the recipe with me.  I know you will want to try this one before your next party.

WHITE PARTY MIX

3        cups Rice Chex cereal
3        cups Corn Chex cereal
3        cups Cheerios cereal
2        cups stick pretzels
2        cups dry roasted peanuts
12      oz. package M & M's (she uses miniatures when she can find them)
1        lb. white chocolate

Combine cereals, pretzels, peanuts, and M & M's in a large bowl.

Melt the white chocolate in a 4 - cup container in the microwave on high for 1 minute.

Stir and repeat until chocolate is melted.

Pour over cereal mixture.  Stir and toss until all is coated.

Cool.  Store in tins or plastic containers.
