SUE'S RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE DIP

The Dinner Club of the Northland New Neighbors League met Saturday night for our monthly dinner gathering.  As usual the dinner was superb.  I will be sharing the recipes as my friends send them to me.  

The first one I am sharing was an appetizer Sue V. brought for Raspberry Chipotle Dip.  Sue loves cilantro so she said she used a lot.

Here is the recipe she sent me. 



RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE DIP

2 CANS MANDARIN ORANGES DRAINED AND CUT INTO HALVES OR THIRDS.  PLACE IN A STRAINER AND REMOVE ANY JUICE

MINCE 1 BUNCH OF CILANTRO

ADD ONE JAR OF  RASPBERRY CHIPOTLE  MARINADE
(HY-VEE HAS A 3 BERRY CHIPOTLE THAT WORKS JUST FINE)

MIX  THE THREE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER

POUR OVER ONE PACKAGE OF FAT FREE CREAM CHEESE.
(I CUT  THE CREAM CHEESE IN HALF LENGTH WISE AND LAID THEM SIDE-BY-SIDE TO COVER THE PLATE.)

POUR SAUCE OVER CREAM CHEESE AND SERVE WITH CRACKERS OR CORN CHIPS.
